Season 12, Episode 42

Michael Bay's ARMAGEDDON, HENRY FOOL, the re-release of GONE WITH THE WIND, BUFFALO '66, PASSION IN THE DESERT and NIGHTS OF CARIRIA are the films looked at on this week's episode of Siskel and Ebert. The sound and fury of the Bay film leads to the most entertaining segment since Siskel gave it a shocking thumbs up. You've also got them reviewing to legendary movies in GONE WITH THE WIND and NIGHTS OF CABIRIA, which was nice to hear. Fans of the show will also enjoy Ebert's take on BUFFALO '66 and especially when you consider the controversy that the two would have later in life with THE BROWN BUNNY. The show, as is often the case, was highly entertaining and still holds up well.
