I've liked Janeane for thirty years or more so I decided to give it a try.

It was a disappointment. I guess if you are American, a woman, a hippy, a democrat or 25-50 this will be right up your alley and God bless you for it. It's just not my thing.

Absolute CRAP !

In the first five minutes, this so-called comedian said that she wasn't good at writing jokes, talk about stating the bleeding obvious! Appallingly dressed, with an inside out tshirt because it had a "producer unapproved " logo on it. Well....let's just say, why would anyone spend longer than six minutes watching an unfunny, badly prepared boofhead attempt to entertain the audience and star in her own " TV special ". NOT ME! And judging by the only other review, I'm so pleased with myself, that I turned off and used the remaining 54 minutes of my life saved, by poking myself in the eye with a rusty nail! Janeane seems better suited and more prepared to pursue a career in "grocery packing"

Hilarious...don't believe the negative reviews

Those who gave this "talk" a negative review disagree with Janeane's view of politics and used that to vote this down, but her thoughts on Food Network and HGTV were bang on...! I felt she hit the nail on the head with many of her comedic insights (especially her views on Bobby Flay and colouring her hair)...definitely worth a watch!

From start to finish this is made me laugh. Granted, you have to be quick to follow Janeane. I really enjoyed this special.

Fast thinking, hilarious references

Not a political standup routine, though occasional mention of known figures and you can understand her views based on her references. Mostly about life, her experiences and thoughts and TV shows. You need to stay alert to follow her hilarious train of thought. Great references and timing, even if the not all of the audience seems to get it all of the time. Great use of language to suss out a sentence. Love smart comics!

Love her way of thinking and presentation of the material.
