I tried to watch this on 2 separate apps (Amazon Prime and Google Play) on 2 different televisions. The problems appeared on both, even the trailers on both.
There is a massive frame rate issue - the documentary constantly skips frames, making it appear choppy at all times. Once it happens, you can't not see it. It renders this unwatchable given this is about racing.
Extremely Unfortunate, as the source material is fantastic, and I love the "pop-up" animation art style of the piece. If you have a keen eye for this stuff, the frame issue will ruin your experience. Glad I rented and not bought.
