The problem is very diversified. There is not enough audience that's why the theatre owners are shutting down their halls. There are not enough halls, that's why the distributors are not interested in making business. There are not enough distributors, that's why the producers are not investing enough money in a movie. Tha movies have not enough budget, that's why the quality goes down.
