This movie was made as part of an academic course of the same name that was meant to teach about the ethics of being a scientist. However this movie seems to promote fraud and misconduct as the main protagonist (who stole a colleagues work and got a prize for it merely had to apologize in private to get away with it.)
The movie also touches very strongly on the topic of relationships between students and higher placed scientists, but this is never addressed as a bad thing or addressed at all.
All in all this movie is terrible and a complete waste of money, only redeemed by the many drinking games that came form watching it.
