It's a terrible movie depicting the insulting stereotypical western view over the country of Romania - gypsies, homeless people, dirt and poverty.
The creators of this move manage to distinguish themselves through a huge amount of ignorance and lack of respect, disguised as "art searching for the realities of the world". We see this in all talentless creators that manage to have a few connections giving them the 1 second of "fame". Shame on the TV networks that promoted this crap (HBO/Cinemax).
