Dr. Sarinda asks Dan about his liver and then says it's an organ on the left side of the human body but the liver is on the right side.
The human liver is not located in the lower left back area as suggested by Dr Khatri. It is actually located in the upper right area of the abdomen.
Vladek and Freya are swimming in a large body of water from which steam is coming out. This would have had to have been heated by thermal springs. In episode 6 when Munk is discussing road repairs, it is explained that the water flowing under the ice in the road was caused by a thermal spring. The workman explains that even though it's heated, a human still would not survive the cold temperatures. So the large body of water in episode 4 just would not have been possible in this location, as explained.
