No dog show I have ever seen or been to would have one of the handlers coming into the ring while the rest of the class/group is already in the ring. Nor would that same handler leave the ring after their dog was judged. The entire class/group goes into the ring as one and stays in that ring until the judge declares the winner.
In a dog show, ribbons are handed to the handler, never draped around the handler's
neck.
While it is very hard to work with (or even find to work with) really small puppies, the puppies in this movie were definitely beyond "new litter" as they were clearly months old.
