All the brilliant people in America have suddenly become stupid. Experts in Washington, D. C. decide to work backwards from the stupidest creature in the country. They come up with Bullwinkle and invite him to the Capital. Boris has other plans for him, so the trip is rocky (not Rocky). The Fractured Fairy Tale is "The Wishing Hat," where a lowly boy gets a hat with a yellow feather in it that allows him to make wishes. Dudley Do-Right of the Mounties "The Locket" has both Dudley and Snidely wearing a fifty pound locket with Nell's picture on it to give them incentive. Pretty funny.
