- A couple are heard through a wall (but not seen) having sex. On the second occasion this happens, a woman actively listens from the other side.
- A pregnant woman is seen in the bath, viewed from the point of view of her abdomen. Her breasts and nipples can be seen.

- Multiple murders with a knife, with the cuts themselves just out of frame. The bloody aftermath of the murders are shown in detail, including multiple slit throats.
- A man's genitals are sliced with a knife, appearing to cut a testicle off, which is seen falling from his hand and to the floor. The bloody wound on the man's crotch is shown several times.
- A woman's head is viciously slammed against a glass table before her throat is cut. The dead woman's face is shown from beneath the glass table as blood pools around it.

- A woman manipulates a man into drinking multiple alcoholic drinks in order to take advantage of him.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The murders are quite intense, and often occur in shockingly sudden bursts.
- A scene takes place in an exotic pet shop, in which close-ups are shown of tarantulas, snakes, and lizards. Some of these are repeated later in a flashback. They are shot in an intentionally menacing way, and can be very frightening for anyone with a phobia of the creatures.

- A man's penis is cut off. It falls on the ground and can be seen.
Violence & Gore
- A brief but graphic sequence of a cesarean-section is shown, in which a woman's abdomen is cut open, and a surgeon reaches in to pull out the child.
- Two women fight, with one repeatedly punching the other in the face whilst wearing boxing gloves, giving her a bloody nose. When the other woman advances with a knife, she is punched in the pregnant stomach. The woman with the boxing gloves is stabbed out of frame, but seen afterwards with blood pooling on the floor from her torso.
- The graphic aftermath of a fatal fall is shown, with a close up of the dead man's face. A chunk of his skull is shown as missing, and fragments of his skull and possibly brain can be seen on the ground.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A man has a testicle cut off.
- There are multiple sequences in which a pregnant woman has auditory hallucinations of her unborn child speaking to her, and goading her to murder others. These can be quite disturbing, whilst darkly comic.
