Funny, poignant documentary about Ronnie Grant, a former editor at Essence magazine who experienced poverty, and drug addiction. He was melodramatic and overwhelming at times, but the story maintained my interest and humanized his struggle. Good pacing, cinematography, and direction. Angela Robinson Witherspoon told a compassionate story about this unhinged but traumatized individual.
