In the desert chase scene, the HAZMAT truck has a blue phone visible in a holder on the dash when the shot views the driver in action. When the shot changes to view out the front of the windshield, from the back seat, the dash doesn't have a phone or holder visible.
When Wick drops the flint roller/sparker from the lighter into the safe, it sparks off of hitting the gold.
1.Gold doesn't cause a spark when rubbed/struck with flint.
2. The flint part is usually recessed thus really unlikely to have hit anything at all to cause a spark.
Gold bars like those shown in the film weigh 12.4kg (nearly 30 lbs) each and Pace warns the team how heavy and difficult they will be to transport, but the way the characters handle them make it obvious they are much lighter than real gold.
No explosion would ever cause the vault door to open.
Following the explosion, all of the locking pics are retracted and there's no sprinkler system going.
