These 6 minutes show us what the film Best Picture Academy award winning movie "Birdman" would have looked like if the Muppets had played a more crucial role. It was written and directed by Guy Ross who also did a "Captain Phillips" parody earlier in his career. Seems to be his niche. And even if I somewhat enjoyed this, I hope he can come up with something that he created at some point on his own. So yeah, all the main characters from "Birdman" are played by characters from the "Sesame Street" or "Muppets" in here. They basically take all the most memorable scenes from the movie and slightly adapt them for comedic purposes, like also the ending for example. There is nothing really innovative or supreme in here, but they managed to make me laugh on a couple occasions. All in all, a good watch, but you really need to have seen the film, otherwise it won't make any sense at all. Quick little side-fact to end the review: Scott Kaske plays the main character in here and funnily enough the so far biggest film he was Mike Nichols' "The Birdcage".
