The inside and outside of Olivia's apartment don't match. Hers is one of two apartments on the floor, and the hallway is roughly square with the two apartment doors opposite, and the elevator and stairwell doors opposite. Since the hallway, elevator and stairwell create a long straight corridor the apartments must also be straight, yet Olivia's apartment has an interior hallway at a right angle to the door, leading to the bedroom. The opening kidnap scene in this episode gives a particularly good vantage on the apartment layout and exterior hall.
When Olivia is locked in the cell with the prisoner she takes his face in her hands. The next shot is of her facing him and she moves her hands to his neck. The next shot he is facing her and the hands are back on his face. The shot after that one she moves her hands to his shoulders...next they are back on his face.
