Sex & Nudity
- The rape scene is off camera you do not see anything.
- Female pressures boyfriend to have sex, he repeatedly refuses. No apparently does not mean no to her. She repeatedly goes for his jeans, she unbuttons them, and the boyfriend stops her.
- In a separate scene the boyfriend gives in to the female, sex is implied and you don't see anything other than the female getting a condom.
Violence & Gore
- The only thing I think would be gory would be the scene where the girlfriend/rape victim is hanging. It is brief before it goes to black screen. but still hard to see.
- Implied rape scene, you only see the beginning of touching, and both running off camera. You do hear it, but nothing on screen
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- Tons of drug references, seeing a lot of drugs though I don't remember seeing them actually use them.
- Numerous scene's of underage drinking by teenagers (assuming the drinking age is 21 on the Reservation) You do see children under 13 buying alcohol but not drinking it. Mainly shown as the kids buying the products for their adult family members
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The rape scene can be frightening to some. You only see the beginning where advances are made, and flat out refusal then mild advances to where they both run off screen. You can hear the scene you just never see the violence of it. No nudity
- Depending on the viewer, the scene where the girlfriends suicide by hanging is discovered can be frightening and intense, though nothing graphic.
