Before Lazer Team puts on the suit Woody's Milford shirt has the 'ord' worn out. Once the team has donned the armor Woody's shirt says Milford in full.
Zach is shown taking two selfies, one before the canopy of the ship opens and one right after he puts the cannon on his right arm but before Hagan, Woody and Herman have put on their parts of the armor. After the second selfie, events transpired and escalated such that there was no moment when everyone could have paused for a third selfie. However, the "Lazer Team" photo Zach posts to Facebook shows everyone wearing their piece of the armor and posing calmly for the picture.
When Hagan stops his sheriff's car to make Zach hit his head on the plastic divider for the third time, headlights of other vehicles are visible through the rear window just before the car stopped, but the exterior shot of the car stopping does not include any other traffic behind or passing it.
When trying to escape the hospital, Hagan and Zach put on white coats as a disguise. They wouldn't be able to do that with such big pieces of armor on the arms.
The word "Lazer" in the films title is a common misspelling of the word "Laser". The word "Laser" is an acronym for "light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation". The "Lazer" spelling is the (adopted) middle name of Geoff Lazer Ramsey, one of the founders of Rooster Teeth, the company behind the film. The abnormal spelling for the film was an intentional choice for branding purposes, to make the title more unique and easily searchable.
Woody's helmet has a full face visor, making him unable to eat, yet when the Worg turns up, his breath puffs out, beyond his own full face visor, which it shouldn't be able to.
When Zach contacts Mindy after getting part of the suit, the dialogue is edited so that when the shot of a speaking character is on the screen of either the laptop or the tablet, it sounds like it comes out of said object. However, there are some shots where they are not on the screen of the objects but still have altered audio. This mistake is only in the PG-13 cut, the unrated director's cut fixes this issue.
Because of helmet Woody wasn't able neither eat nor drink. How could he stay alive and not even become weak after 5 days?
