I recently watched this movie with my mother, she loves movies with kids and especially the ones with a happy forever ending. I will avoid making spoilers, but I have to tell you I got emotional in some scenes, especially the ending. Sadly this was the reality for a lot of people back in the day. Poor children forced to work instead of going to school. Kids nowadays are ungrateful, they get to live a comfy life, play videogames, watch movies, eat whenever they want and all they have to do is simply study. Kids should see this movie to understand that nothing in life is granted and they should be grateful.
