  Javier Esposito : Because... You think Richard Castle wants you planning his bachelor party? Come on, bro.

  Javier Esposito : [pleasantly]  Castle! Hey, buddy, how's it going?

  Richard Castle : Don't ask.

  Javier Esposito : Well, as your close friend, now I have to ask.

  Kevin Ryan : Did she beat you at "Scrabble" again?

  Richard Castle : Can we just talk about the case, please?

• Javier Esposito : Hey.

  Kate Beckett : Hey. So, what happened here?

  Javier Esposito : Well, according to our... witness, our victim, one Logan Moore, was hauling ass on a skateboard, with a guy on a motorcycle chasing him.

  Richard Castle : Sounds like a scene from an action movie.

  Javier Esposito : Yeah, I know. Especially when the biker started shooting and Logan crashed through that window right there.

  Kate Beckett : Anything about our victim that'll explain what happened?

  Javier Esposito : Not yet. Just that he's 21, has a California driver's license. That's about all we've got at this point.

  Kate Beckett : So this biker... Was our witness able to give a description?

  Javier Esposito : Our witness is royally wasted. All he knows is that, sometime between 3:00 and 4:00, it was "Death Race 2000" out here. The evidence backs him up, too. CSU found fresh tire tracks in that dirt over there. They're making casts as we speak.

  Richard Castle : So either this is the worst case of road rage ever, or someone was hell-bent on killing Logan Moore. But why?

  Kate Beckett : And why was he out skateboarding between 3:00 and 4:00 am?

• Richard Castle : So our killer could be connected to the games.

  Javier Esposito : Yeah, and I'm laying money it was Manny Castro.

  Kate Beckett : And who is Manny Castro?

  Javier Esposito : A top pro who had beef with Logan. Six months ago, Logan showed him up in an event in Los Angeles, then beat him two more times after that. Tension got super high between the two of 'em.

  Kate Beckett : Oh. A reigning champion unable to cope with defeat.
