- After being jilted at the alter, Rebecca Taylor struggles to move forward with her love life, and encounters more difficulties when her Ex-Fiance returns to the romanticized island to win her back.
- Everything seems to be a dream for Rebecca Taylor on her wedding day. As her best friend Doris helps with the finishing touches of the dress, everything suddenly begins to unravel. Rebecca's mother Martha rushes in with a note; Rebecca reads it and discovers that she has just been jilted at the altar. Meanwhile, a ferry prepares to leave the island. On it are Tucker and his new girlfriend Vanessa. Three years later, Rebecca wakes up to her new boyfriend Colin, who surprises her with a marriage proposal; her response is lukewarm at best. As she begins to say no, he jumps in and convinces her to think it over for a day. That night at work, Rebecca and Doris are closing up for the night when they look up to see Tucker Riley in the doorway. After a long confrontation, memories of the past flood back to haunt Rebecca and she slides back into his arms. The next morning, Rebecca wakes up to Doris at the window, with a gossip magazine headlining the breakup of Tucker Riley and Vanessa. That following night at work, Doris spies on a conflicted Rebecca, as she appears to break up with Colin and renew the engagement with Tucker. Several months later, it's the second wedding, and a more confident Rebecca emerges and begins to walk down the aisle with her mother. Suddenly, a tardy Tucker Riley appears in the aisle behind them, causing the ceremony to come to a standstill. A confused Tucker looks up to see Colin filling his spot at the altar, and suddenly realizes that the joke is on him. The wedding resumes as Rebecca walks towards a happier life filled with the people who truly care for her.—Anonymous
