This is the music video for the song "Kangaroo Court" by "Capital Cities". It probably has an IMDb page as there are several fairly well-known actors in here. I got curious about it because I am currently watching "Raising Hope" and I saw Shannon Woodward in here, who I quite like on the show. She is dressed up as a poodle in here and all the other actors play animals as well. All in all, in my opinion, it's only really memorable for the weirdness. A couple smart references, for example the television scenes, but not enough to make a lasting impression on me. The song was okay, slightly catchy, but no message and not really that catchy either. As a whole, I do not recommend the watch (or listen) unless you're a fan of any of the cast members like myself.
