- A man keeps a poster on his wall showing a woman's bare butt. It is seen a couple times throughout the movie.
- A man's feet are seen from inside a bathroom stall, and he later remarks me was taking care of "some manly duties." From his behavior prior to the shot, we assume he has been using the restroom.
Violence & Gore

- A man is bent backwards, and thrown forward smashing his head into the side of a ceramic sink, breaking the sink. We see large splatters of blood, and later see the dead man's bloody face.
- A boy is see with a chunk of his face missing.
- We hear and see multiple instances of the severe neglect and abuse of individuals with special needs. The climax of the film reveals that children that the institution deemed unruly were locked in a basement for a prolonged period of time, causing them to go extremely thirsty and drink polluted water draining in from the outside streets. We later hear this killed them.
