- The UK release was cut, the distributor chose to reduce or remove moments of strong violence (including sight of blood during gun battles and sight of characters being attacked with machetes) in order to obtain a 12A classification. An uncut 15 classification was available.
- In Singapore, the film was edited in order to obtain a PG13 classification for theatrical release after the original version was passed uncut with a NC16 classification. This cut involves a use of coarse language (the use of the crude expletive in Tamil with the equivalent to ''balls'').
