- This film's plot is centered around the idea that a man has a low sperm count and they get help from a female friend to help deliver their (a gay couple) child. There is of course mentioning of birth, sex, etc. because of this.
- There is a moment of graphic male nudity pictures. Made for laughs.

- There is an extended scene where a main character commits murder. It's fairly graphic with blood, screaming, etc. They also attempt to find a way to dispose of them. May be intense for some.
- This movie overall isn't gory (with the exception of the murder) but the way the film is stylized (lighting, music, camera movements, etc) can make it seem a bit unsettling or disturbing.
