Sex & Nudity

  • The film overall deals with some very dark and disturbing themes involving child kidnapping, molestation, and rape.
  • We see a man watches a video tape in which there is an adult man with mask on his face and a little boy, both are naked, we see the start of what it seems to be an intercourse. no genitals are shown.
  • We see photos of an adult raping a boy.

Violence & Gore

  • Near the beginning, we see the aftermath of a family kidnapping, spots of blood can be seen where each family member was handcuffed. This can be fairly disturbing while the investigators discuss what happened with each family member with mention of a child being kidnapped. Seen first outside was a woman survivor on a gurney.

Profanity

  • Mild amount of language is used throughout, mainly the f-word more than milder ones.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • The main character smokes occasionally.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A man hangs himself. We see urine running down his leg.
