They have this "psychologist" who is so obnoxious, he's basically just airtime filler. The stories are decent but the psychologist just fills it with such BS telling us what we already know like "at this point, the victim must be feeling pretty bad.." like duh, dude. If you take him out, I'd give it a 6-7. But add him in and it immediately takes 2pts off.
He doesn't offer anything that's actually new information or insightful. He's just a waste of time and explains common sense to the viewer. I actually had to stop watching bc this aspect was so grating. It was like he was mainsplaining emotions to us.
