The massively popular home-reno and real estate siblings have set two new series with their longtime Warner Bros. Discovery-owned cable home, “Backed by the Bros” and “Don’t Hate Your House With the Property Brothers,” both working titles. Additionally, HGTV has renewed the brothers’ popular “Celebrity Iou” for a fourth season.
All three shows from the “Property Brothers” stars are set to air in 2024.
In “Backed by the Bros,” “the guys will offer their invaluable insight and resources to help inexperienced entrepreneurs find success with their high-stakes investment properties,” per HGTV’s logline.
And for “Don’t Hate Your House,” the Scott brothers “will find a way to fix problematic homes for frustrated families who desperately want to love their house.”

Drew and Jonathan Scott, the identical twins and popular hosts of HGTV’s Property Brothers, are debuting their new preschool series, Builder Brothers Dream Factory, on Treehouse in their native Canada on March 26.
Inspired by the Canadian reality TV stars, the animated series from Sinking Ship Entertainment and Scott Brothers Entertainment and distributed by Nelvana portrays the Scott brothers as a pair of regular kids using their imagination, creativity and heart to help friends and solve problems in the neighborhood.
The Scotts, who are based in Los Angeles, broke out on HGTV with their first namesake series in 2011, and their TV series output includes spinoffs Buying & Selling and At Home and the competition show Brother vs. Brother, which are produced in part by their Scott Brothers Entertainment shingle.
But the original Treehouse series Builder Brothers Dream Factory that includes best friends Mel and Ayana follows the Scott brothers having children of their own.

The real-estate market has spoken, and Drew Scott has won Season 7 of HGTV’s “Brother vs. Brother.”
Drew Scott made a net profit of $1.4 million on his Hancock Park house flip in Los Angeles, California. Twin brother Jonathan made a net profit of $1.2 million on his own flip.
Jonathan Scott actually bought, renovated and sold the house directly next door (appropriately nicknamed “The House Next Door”) to his twin brother Drew and sister-in-law Linda’s real home in the historic and ritzy neighborhood. Drew’s project for the competition, dubbed “The Corner Chateau,” was just down the street a few blocks.
Both brothers had budgeted $2 million for renovations. Jonathan went $40,000 over; Drew went $50,000 over budget.
Drew purchased his for $2.35 million and sold it for $5.8 million. Jonathan bought his house for $2.4 million and sold it for $5.64 million.

They're ready for the next chapter in their lives! Property Brothers star Drew Scott, 40, and his wife, Linda Phan, 33, are eager to build their family. "We're thinking three or four kids, so I want to just have triplets! Get it out of the way," Drew exclusively quipped to Closer Weekly at Ctam's TCA Summer Press Day for Hgtv on July 27 in Beverly Hills. "Linda even said, ‘How about two sets of twins? That'd be great!' and I was, like, 'You say that now, but let's wait until that first set to see how you feel!'" For now, the duo is content to dote on other kids as they wait to welcome their own bundle — or bundles — of joy to the world. "We get our fix with our nieces and nephews," Drew revealed. He previously told Us Weekly that "we’re not in a mad rush, but we definitely want to have kids soon.

When Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott headed to San Francisco for the new season of Hgtv's Brother vs. Brother, both were in it to win it. Drew had a few tricks up his sleeve, too, dressing up like a policeman and distracting Jonathan's squad with a flurry of fake tickets.
