This show is laugh out loud funny!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how funny this was gonna be. I haven't laughed this much from watching a sitcom in a long time. There wasn't one dull moment.

Micheal Blackson plays Micheal Black, a womanizing and fouled mouth single guy from West Africa who takes a job as a teacher in an intercity High school in Chicago. He is assigned to teach a class with troubled kids who frequently terrorizes there new instructor and causes each one to quit shortly . But the misbehaving kids end up being shocked when Mr. Black does not back down from there cruel jokes about his appearance and foreign accent and in return makes negative remarks and brutal jokes about each and everyone of them. Even though he is hot headed and foul mouthed, Mr. Black still has a goal of having all his students achieve and the kids soon begin to warm up to him a little. And Mr. Black frequently helps the troubled students out of bad situations.

The supporting cast is hilarious also! This is really good for anyone who likes x rated jokes and a lot of swearing because this has it all. They really don't hold anything back with this comedy. It's something different. And really enjoyable with its bold humor.

I really hope this show gets a second season because it's funny in this age now of sensitivity and cancelled culture.

I gave it a 2 star rating out of mercy.

My wife and I struggled to complete the first episode. First let me say that neither of us are prudes or over zealous regarding beliefs, lifestyles or culture. We have watched several MB comedy specials over the years and found them entertaining. Unfortunately it didn't work in this format. I felt empty watching it as I know that my people (people of color) have so much more to offer than stereotypical roles. There were more lines of profanity in the script than there was the English language. Even the high school characters lacked substance. Not funny or entertaining. Do better BET and Mr. Blackston.

EPISODE 5

We need episode 5. A lot of people didn't know about this show. Yes, some of the acting is bad, but it's great comedy! Don't be so quick to throw in the towel on these shows. Some people love them, and my whole family spent the night looking for episode 5 just for it to say "To Be Determined." It's crazy. You should finish a whole season out before you decide to just cut it off. It's not right at all. Then if I'm correct it's based off kids from Chicago I mean it's not how we really act but it's similar and Michael Blackson and his best friend in the tv show is funny together I would definitely watch this show so please keep it coming.

I didn't think this show would be that funny for this show was hilarious, kind of reminds me of what we have been missing in having a good TV show on these days. There are so many shows that that are getting certain publicities that appear garbage, this show is not one of them. I think you need to be pushed a little bit more and it needs to be shown for how funny it really is. I was just sure we'll be able to last a long time on TV so we are able to laugh hysterically during the times that we have in this crazy world that we live in. Michael Blackson is a true comedian and the way he relates to those kids shows you it is stuff that we as adults want to say but can't say but he clearly says it.

Silly and Meaningful

I absolutely adore this show. The initial few episodes might come off as a bit unpolished, but by the fourth episode, it transforms into a finely tuned comedy experience with a genuinely meaningful message. While it might not immediately resonate with everyone, take a moment to watch one of Michael Blackson's comedy skits, and you'll grasp the essence of it. The show exudes a delightful, slapstick energy while maintaining the courage to delve into very serious, real-life issues. It's a brilliant blend of humor and depth that keeps you entertained while leaving you with valuable insights to ponder.

Why just 4 episodes

This show is so funny it had me on the floor laughing ! I was so disappointed there was only 4 episodes. The show was so refreshing and different, the pride of being African which Michael Blackwell always personifies is such a beautiful thing that we need more of in this country with race wars going on. The cast is amazing, I love the diversity. The jokes kept coming it was like watching a stand up. Why was there only 4 episodes hope it doesn't take a year to see more. We need more shows like this. Add more episodes please don't make us have to wait and begg. More of Michael Blackwell and this amazing cast now.

So listen get what people are saying but u wouldnt get no show like this because this is reality kids are really bad out here and suburb Kids might not get this but black students and parents get this from the public schools and charter schools i hope the, bring season 2 and i am going to subcribe to bet + because america is so censored and people dance around our problems amongst black kids and certain topics good job micheal i will suppprt u and to all the people thats sensitive to the language please dont watch i can tell u first hand traveling on the train and walking into any establisment the language these kids use when adults are not around is a cake walk to what they be saying on tv and this is black and white kids so this show i think will benefit the parents more than the kids to see what teachers have to deal with because it all starts at home thank you bet for letting this man air his show give it a chance and ridicule the show and concept.

Not a show I would typically watch but thought it was hilarious! I had never heard of Michael Blackson prior to this show but it is crazy that there's only 4 episodes out so far. I hope that they keep this show going for more seasons. One character I couldn't help keeping an eye on was Ursula Walker. Really hoping they show more of her. Her character is so funny, fresh, and kept hoping I'd see more of her! She seems super genuine and could be a great character to dig more into. Here's to hoping that the series continues and we get to learn more about this school, these teachers and these students!
