Awful just awful

Thought I was gonna be watching something entertaining like the first series of The Squid Game, but not this is anything but entertaining.

It is full of bland contestants who are trying to act like they were in the original series, I just wished it was more real life and these people were truly eliminated.

The best way to describe this, is if you gathered all the failures in Pop Idol etc and put them in a room together and then told them the most annoying person would win, then this is the formula you would have,

So in short I hated every second of it, but no doubt someone will like, but hopefully not enough that they do a follow ip.

Extremly good reality TV show

I am usually not a fan of reality shows, but this show got me hooked. It is really well-made. Honestly, I don't think a reality show based on Squid game could have been done any better than this. You can tell that a lot of money went into this. I liked how they kept some elements of the original show, but also innovated a lot to fit the format of a reality TV show. They were really creative in designing the games and tests. The show comes with a lot of twists, and it gets better with every episode. I just watched episode 9 and it blew my mind. This is without a doubt the best reality show I ever watched. Props Netflix.

Rigged. 30 minutes without moving?

I thought I was going to see a competition show based on the original "Squid Game" (English translation) South Korean TV series.

The original series is an actual message about how inequality in capitalist societies make people fell in debt and desperate to survive.

I understand a "Reality TV show" needs to focus on certain participants that production likes, to create their storyline and all that stuff. They are not going to show us 400 contestants and of course no one will have the numbers that the main characters of the series had.

But I wasn't expecting such a weird first episode. There was absolutely NO REASON to have so many people being eliminated. Ridiculous. They didn't even put the music faster. Until you learn that they had them for 7 to 9 hours in a very cold hangar and they had to be "not moving" for 30 MINUTES!

And then when you get to know that only a few got real microphones. At least they could have hired real extras and paid them for the day instead eliminating real contestants that actually make it through the challenge. It makes me sick. And there was one person who was eliminated but then put back in the game by production.

I don't know anyone of those with microphones but they're supposedly "influencers". Who they influence? I don't know, but not me nor any smart people.

I don't put a lower rating because the recreation looked of the doll deserves a 4.

But the show is a waste of a good idea.

I don't care who wins, who loses, it's all rigged and nobody likes the participants anyways.

At first it is a corean series. Why is there literally no corean person in the show?! Dude just wach Mr Beast and you got the same produkt or even a better one. This is trash. It is like a quiz show with the budget of 3 dollars. Bro great creativity just copy the first season with different people and mix it with a reality show and you got the second season. What da hell. It is just to make money with less effort . I watched the first episode with a friend five minutes after release and we laughed so badly because it was rubbish. There was literally no connection to the previous season. It's a disgrace how less you can do with such a first season.

This was a big letdown, I am waiting for the continuation of the first series. I know there is a season 2 in the making, isn´t it?

This episode looks like a YouTube episode wannabe, I am hoping for a plot twist, but I don´t feel like watching. Who even is the star actor this series?

I dont get the point of anything, are they supposed to act as participants of a real show copying in the squid game, instead of just making a real tv-show about it?

If they are acting it, it means they have seen the original series as a tv-show, which discredit the series as real, within its own universe,

This show does not please anyone, unless there are some real action plot twist, but it´s already established that the squid game is fiction, so... Why even start the show like this?
