Stupid and insulting
This pair of "Pure Taboo" scenes, now available on VOD, make me wonder: do fans of this Adult Time series skip the set-up dialog scenes and just watch the XXX portion? The story content is so stupid I find it insulting to sit through.
Opener is written by series creator Bree Mills herself, and it's ridiculous. It portrays an ultra-religious family where the daughters Hazel Moore and Cadence Lux follow out-of-date restrictions on sex. Hard to believe gimmick used by Bree here is called soaking, as ultra-religious girls have sex with a guy's penis inserted in the vagina but then motionless as a dubious method of maintaining "virginity". As quaint or stupid as this sounds, we're supposed to buy it as a story premise, but Bree goes one step further, over the edge (pun intended). Hazel and her boyfriend, the overworked Seth Gamble, ask her sister Cadence to jump up and down on the bed as the couple lie there so as to cause friction/accidental motion to get them excited with the faux sex.
So far so bad, but almost immediately, Seth has very active lots of motion sex with each girl in succession making the scene pure bull.
James Avalon directed the other scene titled "Star Quality", and it's better but also not believable. Ryan Driller, not doing his usually reliable best work, plays a college drama professor taking advantage of his teen student Lily Larimar, having her demonstrate her acting talents by role-playing with him and various props/costumes to show her range. It's merely an excuse to take advantage of her sexually and he succeeds, with a twist ending. Lily is sexy but the scene written by Lapis Afterglow is phony.
