I was expecting a series where the sole purpose was to promote everything from big pharma, and to attempt to discredit every other alternative.
I have wen quite surprised by the quality and content of this show, and whilst I think they are too quick to support some medical practices, they have highlighted some shortcomings.
There was an incredibly interesting insight into antidepressants, and as expected, the most commonly prescribed medication in The UK, they are quite literally handed out like dolly mixture, I was offered them last year from stomach problems, it prompted me to report what had happened, since then my faith in Doctors has plummeted.
There are some shocking claims online made about products and fads, and most of them need to be treated with a grain of salt, there unfortunately isn't a cure for stupidity.
I enjoy the presenting style, but guys, please do me one favour, combat the perils of sugar, the cause of many ills.
