Bob Hearts Abishola Season 4 Review
Positives:
The episodes are short, and the cast is still doing well. Bob looks nice as a thin man.
Negatives:
This is the worst season of this show. There is literally no storyline going on this season. Why would the audience care if Bob bought socks from another manufacturer or opened his own manufacturing department? They have made an entire season just about this. There are so many unnecessary characters, and some have only one or two dialogues in the entire episode. I don't know what Abishola's mother is doing in this show, and Bob's brother has no role either. There is no romantic tension going on, and there is only 4-5 minutes of comedy in the entire episode. They should change the genre of this show from comedy to drama because there is literally nothing funny. Just because the actress playing Kemi is the creator of this show, she is getting more scenes and sometimes full episodes focusing on her character and even funnier one-liners. As CBS canceled two of Chuck Lorre's shows, "United States of Al" and "B Positive," they don't want to make Chuck Lorre more angry, which is why they are not canceling this show. Chuck Lorre has already started making new shows on HBO. United States of Al was a better show than this.
Overall, this was a disappointing season. I really hope the fifth one will be better, funnier, or the last season of this.
