History always catches up with people.

Trial by The Press begins, as the papers dig the dirt on Jack Marshall, and the people of course are now testing him as Public Enemy number one.

This series just gets better and better, the continued quality continues to impress. You can see the villagers are starting to turn on one another, naturally they will all turn on the one person that has a past, The Press have decided it's Jack.

It's brilliant, I have no idea who the culprit is, so many are suspicious, in fact I don't think there's anyone who isn't under suspicion.

It's interesting to see how the Church is now full, having been empty earlier on, a tragedy brings out people's spiritual side clearly.

Gripped, 9/10.

Worst episode of an elite show

Warning: Spoilers
I love this show. The acting is sensational especially Olivia and David. The mystery in a small town is always amazing, all the secrets of this idyllic small town coming out to reveal everyone is damaged and has trauma.

However, the friends and family dinner, and the mom's entire arc this episode is bad fantasy. She decides to throw her family into the public eye, that's fine...but with no thought, no background on the reporter doing it and not consulting with her best friend and lead local detective!? Really?

She goes from completely rocked by this tragedy early on to very quickly calm and measured? That dinner is outrageous. People do not have this jolly meal and laugh with a small candle by the photo of the dead child, when there's no leads, suspects or helpful evidence. The Moms just fine. Her acting was always the weakest in the series and her writing is really inconsistent but the dinner was a horrible choice that provides nothing of value except Jack (Walder Frey) confessing to his past while denying any wrong doing while handing over the kids cell phone (that somehow hasn't died in over five entire days) to clear the air? Everything else from this episode is very strong but the mother's plot and the dinner are 2 out of 10 for me.

Who Would Take My Beautiful Boy From Me???

So the boat we saw burning at the end of the last ep, is investigated here. Hardy gets way too excited over the strands of hair found on the burned boat.

Oh dear. Walder Frey is a sex offender. So they bring him in for questioning. He maintains his innocence.

The Priest has horrible Insomnia. He maintains his innocence.

The psychic comes calling again. Hardy goes berzerk on him.

All the suspects and police attend Church togther??? Haha. That's a really silly coincidence. -1 STAR.

And then they are after Walder Frey???? Oh dear.

4/10.
