- Astor, a German investor, finds out that the small village "Søla", in Norway has some land for sale. These areas are granted a license for wind power. When Astor is invited to hunt at the same time as viewing the lands, by the seller: "Søla Brug", unexpected things arise, which puts Astor out of the game. It turns out that the other bidder Leonid, from "Russian Energy Invest", is also very interested. He knows the areas from many years of hunting. Leonid sends his trusted helper Dimitry to make sure the purchase goes smoothly. Without Leonid knowing it, Dimitry brings another friend, Nikolai. But Dimitry presents him as "Sergei Rjabov". Dimitry will try to convince the police, both in Norway and Russia, into believing that "Sergei Rjabov" was killed in Norway. This way he can "close an old case" from Russia, at the same time put the blame on another person. Svetlana Pedersen, originally from Russia, who has lived in Søla for 15 years, finds some information about the motives of one of the buyers, and then starts to maneuver into the game. Using cunning methods and intelligent planning, she tries to manage the situation in an ingenious way. The two foreign workers Oleg, from Ukraine, and Artyom are thrown into the game, with greater risk than they first dared to hope for. Will Oleg use his skills as a sniper, and pull the trigger ? And who ends up as the owner of the land ?
