When Chalker first drives up to Barry, he does so in a Mitsubishi Triton. However when he drives off he is in a Hilux.
After the doctor is attacked and he shoots the zombie in the head, the zombie's brain are splattered everywhere and half of his head is missing (around 01.08.42) The zombie is shown again in same position (around 01.08.53), but after a few seconds, when the doctor says to Brooke: It's time, and he starts dancing towards her, we see the zombie, only this time, his head is completely intact and no brains are splattered on the floor (around 01.09.30).
In the scene where the soldiers retrieve Brooke (Bianca Bradey) from her studio/shed her tattoos switch designs. For majority of the film she has a tree on her left shoulder, and a dream catcher on her right. A short shot as she gets down from the shed roof shows the tree design on her right shoulder.
At the 57:00 minute mark, while the protagonists are waiting overnight in their truck, you can see and hear a motorcycle go by in the background, which shouldn't be possible, given that it has been established that motor vehicles are inoperable at night.
