AJ Moorehead bears an uncanny resemblance to the late (i. e. dead) Bill Hicks, and is here seen in an almost live-on-tape recreation of Bill Hicks' programme. To Moorehead's credit, I couldn't believe that this was not the real Bill Hicks I was seeing, until he mentioned Carly Rae Jepsen (a pop starlet who surfaced about 20 years after Hicks' death). To Hicks' credit, he had much better comedic timing (and usually a greater audience), his jokes fired like firecrackers.
Whether you're a Bill Hicks fan or you've never heard of him, you might well want to check out AJ Moorehead's show when he's in town. Since various videos of Bill Hicks' performances exist, there is no good reason why you should watch the recreation when you can have the original.
