Alain Belmont breeds buffaloes in Aquitaine Far West, an amusement park that recreates Western towns. His wife Pauline is a singer in the saloon, where country music plays while she fools around the cowboys. At night, when Alain is watching a movie in the attic of his ranch with headphones on at top volume, a stranger breaks in awakening Pauline from her sleep. In order to silence her, he or she suffocates her to death with her pillow. Evidences suggest that it was an attempted burglary that would have gone wrong, but the SR is surprised when they find out that nothing was stolen.
