Disturbing and increases stress

The show does educate about what's happening around the world. But some people get addicted to this show and watch it very often. The regular watching of this show or any other show of this genre only increases stress in mind and make the sensitive people feel more disturbed. As a consequence the show that is intended to spread awareness indirectly may encourage violence. Because Violence is executed by stressed, depressed and disturbed minds only. I have written the review on basis of personal experience and of course there is a logic to it. People who watch cool or comedy shows they stay in lighter mood than the people who watch the criminal shows.
