I don't think anyone would really disagree with you if you claimed Gaara's speech as one of if not the greatest speeches in anime history. To rally 80,000 shinobi all together in anticipation for what's surely to be the most difficult battle they've all been involved in, is no small task. Not only that but this speech really strengthens the dynamic between Gaara and Naruto and enriches Gaara's character writing tremendously. Just a great episode all around.
