I do like a good homage, especially when it is to a modern classic, well, in my opinion. If you have not watched Pleasantville, you should watch it: great acting, great editing, groundbreaking visual effects for its time. And in this episode of the show, they make fun of daily soap operas and legal dramas on TV with the same shots, same topics and same writing week in week out. It is funny to watch, and If you already know and have watched Pleasantville, you will enjoy this episode, as well. I have been watching this show since day one, and it is also great to watch a show that does not betray the characters with full character arcs, too.
