Katey Sagal has appeared on so many sitcoms as a star and guest star, but it stil felt authentic to have her play Judy's mom here. I could see a resemblance. And then giving fans of Married with Children that reunion too had to be entertaining.
The show remains in a decent place. It feels a little bit rushed after they were stagnant for so long, but curious to see what happens in that absolute final episode next time.
A few laughs here, but they are really harping on the emotional scenes and I think that is the right move. This is not a traditional sitcom so it is smart to explore more of the emotional side.
