A great view into armstrade.
mesmeaatholl4 November 2022
I didn't know much about armstrade before watching this show, but now i know much more :-D I think it gives a thrilling view into what can go wrong, and all the things corporations do to keep things under wraps :-D I fell a bit out after the fourth episode, but the end of season one made a cliffhanger that made me look forward to season two :-D I hope there will be a new twist and that more actors from my homecountry makes their appearance :-D I am in suspence who are the perpetrators and how they will be exposed ?

I think many have the same questions :-D Not many shows that puts forwards the same questions nowadays :-D Certainly worth watching :-D.

Feels rushed and a thin plot, but interesting topic
mviken9121 November 2022
The whole series feels rushed. It's a complex story that needs time, but they just rush through this and that. You don't get time to get to know the characters, and believe who they are. A lot of the things put in feels like it was put in to try to make a complex series, but because «everything» happens in 20 minutes you don't a sense of time. The acting is often bad as well. Lacks clear direction. The main character is lures into a trap, but what did he before? What makes him qualifies for the job? That is the first plot hole to me. And it's a shame because the topic is really interesting. It could have been really good, but falls through. I saw it all the way to the end and it was so straight forward and predictable.. Why can't Norway make good tv-shows. They're always so thin and rushed. Never well made like Danish and Swedish series..

Could have been something
Ernst-noto6 November 2022
The theme is an interesting one, and this could have been a good show. But the plot/script is just badly put together. Several series of events are unconvincing. Some of the characters are well played, but falls short due to other characters which are unconvinving and badly acted out. Worst is the Main character, I dont ever buy into the character. He sometimes appears as an educated and well spoken person, to suddenly being unbeliveably naiv and almost childlike in behaviour. He is supposed to have been successfull in his career, but as he appears, I cant see him as ever have been really successfull. The two sides of the person are just too far apart to be beliveable. This is probably due to a combination of not being a too good actor, as well as a lack in good directing. Altogheter it just seem really badly put together. Dont think I will bother finishing it. Sadly it just ends up as a missed opportunity.

The final episode blew it

Warning: Spoilers
I was considering giving this series a 7 or an 8, however after seeing how everything came together, I think giving it a 3 out of 10 is highly generous. This rating is mostly based on the three points im about to bring to the table.

1. Lets talk about the security measures at AGR. Not only do they not seem to have any systems in place to detect unusual behavior, like Marius deciding to enter the office of their lead developers. The fact that Marius even had access to this office in the first place is ridiculous and a huge violation of security. You don't want anyone to have access to anything they don't need access to in order to do their job.

Marius is not a lead developer and should never have access to this office to begin with. This is something you'll likely never ever see at any company operating with technology worth this much money. Proper security measures are paramount.

2. The fact that the video is still accessible on these systems, and that these systems had not been completely wiped, is also completely unbelievable. This video could potentially bring down their entire company. It would have been wiped from any employee system with access to the drone's data files immediately.

3. The random drone in the office. They would have no way of knowing at there's still a drone inside that office that they can use to bring the sensitive data out of the AGR office. If Bjørn had been a little more intelligent, he would have ran a remote service that records his phone. This way, he would not have needed the drone in the first place. The fact that the intelligence service agent didn't even think of this is mindboggingly stupid.

The norwegian government deciding to close the case is to be expected, as we get to know that they own 50% of the company, and that it would put the government in a bad light if this footage was released to the public.

All in all, while the five previous episodes has been entertaining and fairly well written, when the finale is so poorly written, I cannot give the series a rating any higher than a 3.
