- Towards the start of the episode a man and woman are shown naked in bed together, a little male nudity and some female nudity is shown- breasts are seen for a bit. She then gets out of bed and is shown fully from behind as she walks to and then stands naked looking out a window as she smokes a cigarette.
- In the middle of the episode you see a man's butt. There is talk of having a man perform oral sex on another man - the language is graphic.
- Just past half way you see a man snorting drugs off of a woman's bare chest. This is shown several times.
- Towards the end of the episode you see a man's butt, and his severed penis on the ground.

- There are a several fights scenes shown in a prison that are pretty intense.
- In one fight scene a man is beaten by several men, he then fights a man and has his hand broken (and possibly his jaw). He is shown being stabbed in the back with the blade being moved around causing him great pain. There is blood.
- In another a man is stabbed in the mouth with a shiv, his tongue, mouth, and cheek are cut with much blood being shown.
- In a third scene man has his penis severed and is then beaten and killed brutally.
- There is a fight in a casino.
- A dead body is shown underwater - a fish is shown eating one of his eyes.
