Sex & Nudity

  • Two characters briefly kiss.
  • We do see soldiers in a locker room, both male and female changing. One female has a bra on and towel wrapped around her waist.

Violence & Gore

  • Most of the violence is offscreen, hidden by smoke or bloodless. There are few instances of characters being injured with some blood but nothing graphic. We do see minor alien blood. We also see some human dead bodies briefly with some very minor bloody detail.
  • 2 scenes involve training exercises where students are shot with red stun rounds.
  • Strongest moment of injury detail involves someone with a unexploded needle round in them with some blood but very hard to see due to the dark lighting as this takes place at night.
  • About on par with The Wolverine, Venom, The Hunger Games and Dune in terms of violence
  • All the strong violence is brief and either takes place entirely off screen or cuts away super fast.
  • There are multiple scenes with violence.
  • At the beginning two characters are shot with stun rounds during a training exercise.
  • Two characters get into a fight and scraped up a little.

  • Multiple scenes with sci-fi action violence and mild blood.
  • Bodies fall from the sky and hit the ground with a thud, disturbing but no blood/gore.

Profanity

  • Very mild instances of "shit" and "pissed" however not frequent.
  • A character says "what the f" but doesn't finish his sentence.
  • Dick is used once, but that's the worst the profanity gets.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Characters are injected with a serum before going into stasis.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The Covenant (Elites, Jackels, and Hunters) are apart of the more intense scenes. Nothing extremely scary.
