Poor audio production
boriskaiser12 March 2023
Another day and another Reel One Entertainment TV movie co-produced with Sunshine Films which suffers from horrific audio issues. 30 sec in, the first dialogue and there is already loud background music. The whole movie suffers from either loud background music when somebody speaks/talks or poor audio recording like they used dumb phones or from both! Of course parts of the movie don't suffer from audio issues but it's rare. Too bad as movie is not bad overall.

This is the first time I watched Annika Foster and I would say she was fine. Andrew Biernat is a failure because who can buy that he plays a famous Hollywood action movie star? I could buy if movie was parody, but it isn't. Shirtless and swimming scene just pushed the ridiculousness to the new high. I mean, nothing personal against him, but with the different back story he could pass, but as the action hero actor, really?

This movie is more like 3* because of the horrendous audio issues and miscast main actor but because everything else is passable I still give it 4* - watch it if you have nothing else.

And obligatory don't watch trailer because it's ROE and they always compress whole movie full of spoilers into it.

Beautiful and romantic
tracyerinjones15 November 2023
This movie was perfect for a romance. The beautiful landscape and charming characters. How can you not fall in love. Very sweet and wholesome. We need more family friendly movies. I thoroughly enjoyed watching this movie. I hope to see more of these kind of movies. I especially loved the scene that reminded me of Roman Holiday. We need to get back to the old style movies where characters don't have to engage in over the top love scenes. Humor and flirtatious characters are way more fun. You can actually sit down with your children and mixed company and not be embarrassed. I especially love the actors and I hope to see more of Andrew Biernat he is so handsome and funny.

LOVED THIS MOVIE

I absolutely loved this movie !! Everyone was casted perfectly. I enjoyed Becca's character and the actress that played her was phenomenal. Perfect voice, perfect mannerisms, perfect comedic timing. Loved it. Lee's character was great too. Only thing is I wish there was more of a love hate relationship type deal. We saw a little bit towards the beginning but it started to fade pretty quickly. Didn't mind it and didn't change my rating on the movie that's just my personal opinion. I thought the optics/visuals and sound were just as they should be. Not like a cheap sounding movie with no budget. It was perfect.
