Yeah moon!

Creators Tyler March, Eric Paperth and Rob Tanchum have created an animated short in which the moon, tired of being lonely and in the shadow of the sun, decides to escape to meet other planets and falls in which a bad crowd -- Pluto -- and somehow comes back together to be friends with the Sun, only for both to realize just how important they are -- were -- to Earth.

This is a movie that has a taught me that the universe is basically a club where all the planets hang out.

What have you been up to, Moon? "Hard drugs and crime."

I'd say this was perfect for kids, but man, in no way should you let your kids watch it.

No pun intended - yes planets also have feelings. And they can sing and rap too! The things you learn by watching short movies .. kidding aside, this really does a good job in humanizing planets and giving them faces (no pun intended here either).

This actually was my favorite at the Fantasy Filmfest. It was not as clear as last years (Tank Fairy), curious to see if others feel the same ... I doubt it, but that's ok, many other great shorts played. I liked this because of the music and the fun story it told. Although to be fair it also gets quite dark ... drug dealing and a lot of swearing to name just a few things that may give you pause ... especially if you are a sensitive soul .. just saying ...
