At some stage there must have been some investigation into Albert and Solange activities, but apparently French police sucks at its job, except for one disgraced cop named Carrel, who was briefly introduced in a previous episode.
So far, Carrel is the weakest link of the plot, because we're to understand that the police suspected nothing in the 70s, but he's pursuing the killer, now that the cases are ice cold. Maybe they'll come up with a decent explanation in a following episode...
Elsewhere, Adrien and Nora's relationship deteriorates fast, with both of them finding new interests. During one of his sessions at Albert's, Adrien gets introduced to sexy "artist" Nastya and the two of them immediately hit it off, while Nora gets busy with a colleague.
