- There is crude sexual dialogue in many of the segments in this film, the majority of which is in "The Gawkers".
- A group of teenaged boys attempt taking upskirt videos of women.
- Male teens set up a spycam in a young woman's bedroom. The woman later takes off her top and reveals her breasts clearly to the camera.
- A young male character crudely humps a fake dead body.
- "The Gawkers" is the most explicit in sexuality of the segments.
Violence & Gore

- We see four dead women become zombified. Their bodies are burned almost beyond recognition.
- Zombies attack and kill a group of teenagers. One is lifted offscreen and his blood and body parts can be seen falling back into frame. Another is attacked and has their stomach eaten. Another is attacked offscreen but is later shown dismembered on camera. The zombies also disembowel one corpse.
- You see a woman trapped in a coffin crush spiders on a wall.
- During a game show children slip and fall. However, one girl's leg is brutally broken. You see her leg snap and bleed profusely with the bone sticking out.
- You see the rotting leg of a young woman briefly.
- A family kidnaps a man and forces him to peform in their version of a game show. This includes being stabbed in the torso, being force-fed raw meat, stepping on glass, stepping on feces with his open wounds, and being threatened with hydrofluoric acid.
- A cosmic creature melts the faces off of three people. You see the skin sizzle and fall off as they scream.
- Two characters are transported into hell. They see various demonic creatures that are bloody and gory in their appearance.
- A man is attacked by various creatures in hell. Another man's hand is caught in a bear trap and you see his bloody hand for a few moments.
- A man stabs two demonic creatures in the neck multiple times, you can see blood pour from their wounds.
- A man stabs a demonic creature with a pitchfork, the result sprays the creature's blood all over the man's face and torso.
- A woman is stabbed in the back with the pitchfork by a demon. Blood sprays out of the wounds.
- A man is slashed in the throat with a scythe, you see blood spray in front of him.
- The 3rd segment 'Ozzy's Dungeone" is the most violent of the movie.

- The 2nd segment "Suicide Bid" is very intense and may affect those who are claustrophobic.

- You see an overweight nude woman give birth to a cosmic creature. Her breasts are seen clearly during this.

- A nude woman breaks her arm and removes her scalp before transforming into a gorgon. She then attacks a group of teen boys, either dismembering them or petrifying them.
