- [Boris and Natasha attempt to trick Rocky and Bullwinkle into falling down a mine shaft]
- Natasha Fatale: But how you'll get them?
- Boris Badenov: Easy. I change sign.
- Narrator: And quickly Boris replaced the danger sign on the shaft with one which said "Elevator. Up Only." Then, the two villains retired to see if their plan would work.
- Natasha Fatale: Boris, what kind of idiot would try to go up in elevator shaft that goes only down?
- Boris Badenov: THAT kind of idiot.
- Bullwinkle J. Moose: [approaches the mine shaft] Hey, Rocky, our problem is solved.
- Rocket J. Squirrel: [after finding Mt. Flatten] Now the only thing to worry about is how to get up there.
- Bullwinkle J. Moose: I'll handle that, Rock.
- Rocket J. Squirrel: Getting us up there?
- Bullwinkle J. Moose: No, worrying about it.
- Boris Badenov: So this is Mt. Flatten. I wouldn't have known the old place.
- Natasha Fatale: You've never been here before, dahlink.
- Boris Badenov: That's why I wouldn't have known it.
- Boris Badenov: You know, I've been thinking, Natasha.
- Natasha Fatale: All right, who gets double-crossed?
- Boris Badenov: Moose owns Upsidasium mine, we need Moose.
- Natasha Fatale: Right.
- Boris Badenov: But now we're up here, who needs Squirrel?
- Natasha Fatale: Moose needs Squirrel.
- Boris Badenov: He don't count!
- Boris Badenov: [when Rocky makes another attempt to fly to Mt. Flatten] I can't watch, Natasha!
- Natasha Fatale: You nervous, dahlink?
- Boris Badenov: No, sun is in my eyes.
- [realizing their mistake, Boris and Natasha attempt to get Rocky and Bullwinkle out of the mine shaft]
- Boris Badenov: Quick, Natasha, the rope.
- Natasha Fatale: Here, dahlink.
- [Natasha passes Boris a rope with a hangman's knot]
- Boris Badenov: Not that rope! The rescue rope!
- [Rocky saves Bullwinkle by breaking his fall]
- Bullwinkle J. Moose: That was a great idea, Rocky. Uh, Rocky? Where are you?
- Narrator: Alas, no voice answered and at the bottom of the shaft, a silent form lay sprawled on the stones.
- Bullwinkle J. Moose: Rocky, buddy, speak to me. Don't tease old Bullwinkle. Say something.
- Rocket J. Squirrel: [regains consciousness] Something.
- Bullwinkle J. Moose: Well, that's something.
- Rocket J. Squirrel: There's only one thing to do, Bullwinkle.
- Bullwinkle J. Moose: Yeah, and I'm doing it.
- Rocket J. Squirrel: What's that?
- Bullwinkle J. Moose: I'm falling!
