- Miraculously, Tui who is alive returns to the safety of Paradise, while Matt, who takes matters into his own hands combing the mountains with a posse of hand-picked men, seems to be ultimately willing to make a startling confession.
- Tui, Jamie, and their friends visit Paradise and have a sleepover. GJ and the other women give advice and comfort to Tui. Robin talks to women who work for Matt, hoping they'll provide evidence and testimony against him. She also questions Jamie's mother. Matt's posse confronts Tui's friends, then Matt's men find Jamie and Tui's hiding place. Robin and Johnno are back together. - Robin thinks that Tui's continued absence is somehow related to Matt Mitchem's drug manufacturing business and wants to get evidence against him. She tries to get information from some of the women who work for Matt but has little success. Mitchem offers members of his crew $10,000 if they find Tui. Jamie and Tui come out of hiding and go to Paradise but run off when one of Matt's son's show up. Some of Tui's friends join her in the woods to celebrate her birthday. Matt's hunters show up, leading to tragedy. Out on the lake in Al's boat, Robin asks Al how he could afford his $2 million house. He has a surprise for her - Matt is also on board. As a result, Johnno and Robin continue their long search for Tui, while at the same time, Matt who takes matters into his own hands combing the mountains with a posse of hand-picked men, ends up with an utterly heartbreaking and devastating outcome. Under those circumstances, a trusted woman is ultimately willing to talk, while out of the blue, Matt needs to make a confidential and startling confession. - Robin is convinced that Matt and his illicit operations must be connected to Tui's disappearance. She tries to question the women who work for Matt but they refuse to cooperate. That evening Robin gets a near-lethal warning to stop snooping. A group of Tui's friends plan a secret trip that implicates the girl's whereabouts. As they return, some of Matt's thugs intercept them. With fresh intelligence, Matt launches a full-scale search party consisting of armed associates. Robin and Johnno go in after them, but tragedy strikes before they can help. In response, the town begins to turn against Matt. Some of the women who earlier rebuffed Robin may now have reason to testify. Matt says he is ready to give a confession, but he will only give it to Robin alone.
