These parents need a manual. Finn and Siohban need to sit their kids down and explain they are split up. Finn's mom needs to butt out of everyone's business. Al is corrupt as hell and will probably go further downhill. Nicole is the most annoying and self-centered nitwit ever. I just keep watching to be annoyed I guess. Loved the 1st season with Leila but now it's gone off the rails. I'll give it another few episodes and wait for Midsomer murders, vera and similar to come back. Cozy mysteries need not be filled with ridiculous blubbering idiots. Reminds me of Heartbeat but with Irish accents, dead brain cells where few get arrested and charged.

SOAP OPERA ANYONE?

This is the most disfunctional group of characters in any series I have ever seen. No one talks to anyone or rather no one listens and EVERYONE is totally self absorbed in their own story. The characters may seem to be normal but give them a minute and you will discover their quick and quirky character flaws, or neuroses, or schizoid realities. Some of the main characters are perfect streotypes.of the gossipy and controlling mother/mother in law, the devious and faithless male partner who is a controlling narcissist, the luscious and unfaithful and utterly selfish woman who destroys her family and wonders what happened? It is a soap opera but ironically we like it and it has some good stories and even humour.
